Personal Training For Arthritis
Personal Training For Arthritis
Time For Change Personal Training specializes in helping my clients bridge the gap and transition from medical management and/or physical therapy to a regular physical activity program after an injury, surgery, medical diagnosis or exacerbation of a pre-existing condition.
Time For Change Personal Training is committed to helping clients with medical conditions that require special training considerations.
I completed my specialized training as an Arthritis Fitness Specialist that gives my clients the ability to get reimbursed for their training.
Do you have Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Juvenile arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Lupus, Gout, Reactive arthritis, or Psoriatic arthritis?
If you have any of these forms of Arthritis, I can work with you specifically where you can get a medical necessity exercise prescription and use your health savings account or flexible savings account (HSA/FSA) to cover these qualifying expenses. Some client’s exercise costs may also qualify for a tax deduction.
How does MedFit Care work for Personal Training For Arthritis?
Clients of mine will click this link here ==> to schedule a virtual appointment with a MedFit Care physician, and if deemed necessary, a medical exercise prescription is provided. Pay for your virtual appointment with the MD doctor using your HSA/FSA card.
NOTE: On the page where you schedule your virtual appointment, it will ask you to fill in the name of your Referring MedFit Network Member, this is where you enter my name: Tracy Rewerts, to be assigned to me for your exercise prescription from the doctor.
This medical prescription for training is good for 12 months through MedFit Care.
As an Arthritis Fitness Specialist, I have the training in developing special exercise plans that cater to the needs of people suffering from arthritis. These exercise programs include special stretching exercises, joint movements, and other forms of exercises that help people relieve pain and reduce the swelling of the joints. These exercises strengthen your joints and can make your arthritis more bearable.
I’m passionate about training individuals in a safe and progressive program specifically designed for your needs. I’m excited to bring this next level of care to my clients as an Arthritis Fitness Specialist. I’ll give you consistent support and motivation throughout the entire time that we are working together.
