What is Vibration Training on the Power Plate?

How Does Vibration Training on the Power Plate Work?
The science of vibration training has many benefits and can be done in less time on a Power Plate. The plate moves in three directions: side to side, up and down, and front to back; contracting your muscles 30-50 times per second.
