Offering Online Personal Training and Corrective Exercise Programs where we meet virtually via zoom, my online studio classroom.

Online Personal Training Program

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist for 9+ years, I look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Making positive and lasting changes to your health can be achieved through improvement in your lifestyle behaviors, fitness, and nutrition.

Your Online Personal Training Program will depend on your goals such as gaining strength, lose weight, fat loss, and improve endurance.

The types of training will include interval, resistance, and strength training, with some cardio, balance, and flexibility training.

You can use different types of equipment you may already have in your home, or purchase a set of dumb bells to start.

We’ll connect online once per week and go through your custom program. I’ll show you proper form and technique to make sure you’re doing your program correctly.

You’ll continue doing your Personal Training program on your own during the week and I’ll be checking in with you for accountability. I’ll help you stay on track, and answer any questions you may have.

Availability is Monday – Fridays 8:30 am – 2:30pm MT, a few afternoon spots available. Sorry, no availability in the evenings.

*FREE Initial Fitness Assessment, Goal Setting, and Nutrition Consult with any package purchase ($100 value).

30 Minute Sessions:

4 Pack = $140 ($35 per session)  OR 10 Pack = $300 ($30 per session). Both Expire in 3 months.

55 Minute Sessions :

4 pack = $260 ($65 per session) Expires in 3 months  OR  10 pack = $600 ($60 per session). This can be broken into two payments, the first half due at the first session, the other half at session five. Expires in 3 months. *SPECIAL FOR THIS 10 PACK ONLY is $20 OFF , making it $580 for 10 sessions (55 minutes each).

I also offer Time For Change Fitness Group Classes four times per week online and In-person outside (weather permitting) if those might work for you instead.

Online Corrective Exercise Program

After your initial consultation for Personal Training, if it is needed, I’ll create a custom Corrective Exercise Program for you.

Do you suffer from joint or back pain, have limited range of motion, you sit all day? Does your job requires repetitive movements?

When walking do you have pain in your ankle, knee, hip, pelvis/ or back? Were you diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, sciatica, or a sprain/strain?

If you answered yes to any of these, you most likely have several muscle imbalances that are causing you pain and discomfort. The best way to remedy these cumulative stresses on the body is with a Corrective Exercise Program.

Along with my years of training as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, adding the Corrective Exercise Certification to my tool box has increased my ability to help others even more.

self-myofascial release

Corrective Exercise Programs are designed to help my clients improve function through mobility, stability, strength, performance, and posture. This is done by decreasing pain, stress, and susceptibility to other injuries.

This may include Self-myofascial Release (SMR) techniques with a foam roller, tennis or golf ball. This helps to rejuvenate and restore soft tissue and movement. Stretching exercises will also be used to increase range of motion in the areas that have imbalances.
