Cardio, resistance training, intervals, flexibility, balance, body weight calisthenics, resistance bands, medicine balls, circuit training, strength training, foam rolling, and nutrition are included in the program. The fitness sessions are ‘Full Body’ so you can get a great workout in, and there will be different exercises each session.

Drink up everyone! You want to be drinking at least half of your body weight in ounces of water per day. If you're not there yet, measure today how much water you're currently drinking. Then increase by 5 oz per day until you get to your water goal. 💧 #WorldWaterDay

Congratulations to Monica, winner of the Time For Change Personal Training 10 Week Healthy Weight Loss Challenge 2020! She lost 15.8lbs (8.88%) and many inches gone for good. She did this attending my Fitness Group classes, zumba, healthy nutrition (low carbs), and drinking 100oz of water per day. She earned the $345 from everyone's buy-in for the challenge.
