The purpose of this challenge is to improve your overall health. You’ll do this by gaining lean muscle mass, losing fat, and improving your nutrition and water intake.
Join this challenge and register in person with me the week of January 6th - 10th. This will include a weigh-in, body composition analysis, and fitness goals sheet. It's a $15 buy-in for the actual 10 Week Healthy Weight Loss Challenge. At the end of the 10 weeks, the person with the highest % of weight loss will have earned the cash prize from everyone's buy-in.
It's REQUIRED that you attend at least once per week to my ladies only Time For Change Fitness Groups in Frederick/Firestone/Niwot, OR you're a corrective exercise/mobile personal training client, which is a separate cost from the buy-in for the challenge itself (visit my website for details).
It's also required that you RSVP online and reserve your spot for the fitness group classes. These classes are filling up fast, so save your spot today.
Here are the dates you can register in person for the challenge: *Monday, Jan 6th in Frederick, register before group at 6:30pm, attend fitness group at 7pm, and after.
*Tuesday, Jan 7th in Niwot, attend fitness group at 8:30am, register after at 9:30am.
*Wednesday, Jan 8th in Firestone, register before group at 6:30pm only, attend fitness group at 7pm.
*Friday, Jan 10th in Niwot, attend fitness group at 8:30am, register after at 9:30am.
